How far do you travel?

Our main office is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, and we proudly serve customers within a 20-mile radius. Our service areas include Albemarle County and nearby communities such as Ruckersville, Crozet, North Garden, and Palmyra.
Will the same team visit every time?
We always aim to send the same team for each visit whenever possible. We understand that seeing familiar faces builds comfort and trust. While scheduling changes can occasionally happen, we make every effort to keep your service crew consistent.
How quickly can I receive an estimate?
We value your time and don’t keep you waiting. Our standard policy is to respond with your estimate within 24 hours or sooner.
Are you pet-friendly?
Absolutely! We love your furry family members and are happy to work safely and comfortably around them.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
That’s completely up to you. If you prefer to be home while we clean, that’s perfectly fine. If you need to step out for errands or work, that works for us too.
What’s the difference between standard cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning?

Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning Services:

Move-in/move-out cleaning is designed for empty homes. Whether you’re leaving a property and need it spotless for your landlord, or moving into a new place and want it fully cleaned before bringing in your belongings, this service ensures a deep, detailed clean.

Our move-in/move-out cleaning checklist is divided into three main areas:

Bathrooms
Includes deep cleaning of sinks, tubs, and showers; polishing chrome fixtures; toilet cleaning; vanity and mirror cleaning; light fixture cleaning; inside and outside cabinet and drawer cleaning; vent cleaning; door and baseboard wiping; cobweb removal; cleaning light switches and outlets; vacuuming and mopping floors; and trash removal.

Kitchen
Includes cleaning countertops and backsplash; sink cleaning; polishing stainless steel and chrome surfaces; deep cleaning inside and outside of appliances (oven, refrigerator, stovetop, dishwasher, microwave); cabinet and drawer cleaning (inside and out); door wiping; blind cleaning; cobweb removal; cleaning switches and outlets; baseboard wiping; vacuuming and mopping floors; and trash removal.

Bedrooms & Living Areas
Includes full dusting; mirror cleaning; windowsill wiping; interior window cleaning; blind cleaning; door and closet door wiping; baseboard wiping; ceiling fan cleaning; switch and outlet cleaning; cobweb removal; closet shelf wiping; washer and dryer cleaning (inside and outside); and vacuuming and mopping floors.

Standard Cleaning Services

Standard cleaning is designed for homes that are currently occupied and can be customized to match your needs. The service follows the same core cleaning structure as move-in/move-out cleaning, with optional add-on services available for an additional fee.

Optional Add-On Services
Bed making, laundry folding, interior window cleaning, inside refrigerator cleaning, inside oven cleaning, door wiping (including closets), and exterior kitchen cabinet cleaning.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes, we bring all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment, including cloths, mop, vacuum, and broom. If you prefer specific products to be used or avoided, just let us know — we’re happy to accommodate.
How does payment work and what payment methods do you accept?
After your service is completed, we’ll email you an invoice. Payments can be made online via credit card, PayPal, or by check.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made without proper notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee.

How long does a cleaning service take?

Cleaning time varies depending on factors such as property size, number of rooms and bathrooms, and overall condition of the space.
Are you bonded and insured?
Yes — we are fully bonded and insured for your protection and peace of mind.
How does tipping work?
Tipping is never required but always appreciated. If you’d like to tip your cleaning team, you can do so during service or add it to your final payment.
